Ruvna Faculty Staff is the official iOS app for Ruvna Accountability, designed exclusively for school administrators and teachers. This app is not available for parents or students and requires the school to be a Ruvna subscriber.

Ruvna is a platform that digitizes the process of tracking students during emergencies and drills. With Ruvna, schools can ensure the safety of their students in a timely manner, knowing exactly who needs attention during an emergency.

During an emergency, Ruvna provides teachers with a list of the students who should be in their class at that time. Teachers simply touch the names of the students they have, and the app automatically compiles a list of students who are missing. If a student is with a different staff member, that staff member can manually check-in the student, notifying both the student's teacher and the administration.

Administrators and law enforcement can monitor the real-time status of students through an intuitive dashboard. Ruvna also offers features such as flagging students that need attention, sending messages and alerts discreetly, scheduling and managing drills, and analyzing past emergency and drill performance.

It is important to note that the Ruvna System is not a replacement for 911. In case of immediate danger, medical emergencies, or crimes, 911 and/or the appropriate authorities should be contacted. The Ruvna System should not be solely relied upon in such situations.
